Senior Business Analyst - Business & Tech Change

Bradford, West Yorkshire

£45,000 per annum

We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Business Analyst to join an established distribution organisation based in Bradford, West Yorkshire. This is an excellent that will see the successful Business Analyst join a talented change function who are in the middle of a significant period of transformation. The immediate programme that the Business Analyst is split between Technology and Business Change and there are plenty of other projects and programmes that will be upcoming for you to get involved in.

Business Analyst Requirements

* Experience of facilitating and managing workshops

* Ability to manage and challenge difficult stakeholders

* Requirement gathering and documentation

* Strong business change experience is required

* Benefits realisation and management

* As is and To be processes

* Excellent communication and inter-personal skills, both written and verbally

* Any experience of Technology or Data Management change would be extremely beneficial though not essential
