Are you a Construction Manager / Site Supervisor looking for an immediately available, days based contract role for global manufacturing business?

The company are a specialist design and manufacturer of a wide range of cutting edge products for different applications and markets, and are going from strength to strength in their marketplace. They are consistently expanding and are now looking for a Construction Manager / Supervisor to join the team.

In this role you will re-kit & refurbishment existing facilities, monitoring compliance with building and safety regulations, coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.

This is a fantastic chance for a Construction Manager / Site Supervisor to join a leading international business, where you will have a diverse and technically interesting contract role with a strong possibility of it being extended.

The Role:

*Ensuring that construction management staff that are monitoring contractors are aware of their project contract and statutory responsibilities

*Provide technical advice as required during the Development and Construction Phases.

*Communicating to employees and contractors of the importance of meeting customer requirements reference to statutory and internal regulatory procedures.
