Technical Delivery Manager - Global Network Operation Centre.

Technical Delivery Manager required on a permanent basis for our Global Real Estate Company based in Canary Wharf. You will be responsible for leading the end to end delivery of the Global Network Operation Centre functions, providing an interface between the Project, BAU & strategic outsource partner to ensure all solutions and implementations are delivered to industry best practices within the Global Network Operation Centre.

The ideal candidate will be educated to IT based degree level or equivalent. With a proven back ground working at as Technical Delivery Manager. Delivering significant and complex service improvements to a Global Network Operation Centre environment. Strong understanding and awareness of Service Management processes & ITIL Frameworks. Experience working with and developing relationships with Global 3rd party vendors. Strong technical knowledge of server system operations and network operations (Enterprise infrastructure architectures, Automation tools and services & enterprise Event Monitoring tools).

ITIL/Prince/MCSE/MCDST qualification or would be a distinct advantage.
