Dynamcis 365 CRM Business Analyst - ASAP - Bristol

Our client is looking for a Dynamics CRM focused Business Analyst to join their team for a Dynamics 365 project for a 6 month initial basis.

Role and Responsibilities:

You'll be working on a Dynamics programme integrating their 365 systems with their billing systems.

* Manage all aspects of the requirement gathering process for the given project.

* Requirements delivered and signed off as set of User Stories for all parties to agree.

* Working alongside the Project Manager to deliver the requirements into the delivery function to time cost and quality metrics.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with Business stakeholders, IT and delivery teams.

Essential Experience:

To be considered for this role, you will need systems integration and Dynamics CRM (365) experience

* Experience working as a Business Analyst on Dynamics CRM projects (preferebly 365 experience)

* Utility experience desirable

* Agile Software development lifecycle

* Delivered Integration projects within at least one of the data capability areas - systems integration, data warehousing, data integration and reporting.

* Proven analytical skills with delivery experience in an Agile environment (scrum,)

* Manage change activities including training, communications and knowledge sharing.

* Strong stakeholder management skills.
