Spring Technology is recruiting for an experienced Business Analyst with extensive experience within bankingOR financial-services experience to work within an exciting new compliance project. This contract has a duration of 6 months and is offering up to £350 per day.

You'll work within this organisation, helping to manage, change and plan for the future in line with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-money Laundering (AML) legislation.

You will need to understand the current organisational situation, identify future needs and create solutions to help meet those needs involving both system and data enhancement.

You'll need to demonstrate an excellent understanding of the way companies with this sector function, as you'll be helping the organisation to develop its functions, to meet goals with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Extensive experience within the financial-sector

- Experience working within projects that better KYC and/or AML compliance

- Past experience working on projects that aim to better data or system (enhancement)

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

- An excellent knowledge of LEAN Six Sigma Methodology would be advantageous
