Avaya Telecoms Specialist - BAU Role - 23 Days Cover - Financial Service - Milton Keynes
CM / CMS - Aura (Workforce, Quality Monitoring, Elite Multi-Channel, Experience Portal, System and Session Manager), IVR, SIP, Auto Settlements Line - Auto Card Payment Services
My client a Financial Services organisation are seeking an IT Telecoms Specialist ideally with skills in voice recording and mobile technologies. This role also requires the building of close working relationships with internal customers at all levels, as well as the ability to successfully complete assigned project tasks and activities within schedule.
Core Skills:
Day-to-day maintenance of the supported voice and recording solutions:
o Avaya CM.
o Avaya CMS.
o Avaya Aura Workforce Optimisation.
o Avaya Aura Quality Monitoring.
o Avaya Aura Elite Multi-Channel.
o Avaya Aura Experience Portal.
o Avaya Aura System Manager & Session Manager.
o Autosettlements Line.
o Automated Card Payments Service.
o IVR.
o SIP.
o Prognosis.
* Transfer knowledge to first and second line support teams.
* Design and implement complex routing strategies.
* Aid the updating of, and ongoing support, of the voice network.
* Maintenance of the infrastructure for Polycom Video Conferencing
* Manage all inbound/outbound numbers and ensure compliance with Ofcom.
* Contribute in the investigation of new trends in voice technology.
* Error reporting and resolution of faults.
This is an initial 23 day contract based in Milton Keynes with a start on the 8th October.
