Business Analyst, 6 Months, Manchester, £300 - £325 p/d DOE
An additional business analyst is urgently required to assist this busy legal customer in central Manchester who are expanding their team again.
The client is looking for an experienced BA, whom can hit the ground running on the project, as they have several concurrent projects on that to be assessed and delivered to the business quickly. If you have experience of working in a .NET, JavaScript environment, etc as well as working on legal applications that would be highly desirable, although not essential.
You need a solid understanding and experience of working with an IT department is essential. Ideally you will have experience of working in a regulatory environment; legal, insurance, financial, etc would be very beneficial.
Some responsibilities will include;
- Providing time estimates for scoped development requirements and other activities
- Establishing the scope of work at project initiation.
- Arranging, attending and facilitating scoping meetings with business users to gather requirements.
- Writing requirements documentation for business approval, together with scope documentation at a technical level for developers in preparation for build stage.
- Stakeholder management
The ideal candidates will have proven experience of a deep understanding and working with the business and drawing the requirements from the business into accurate documentation.
