Information Security & Governance Officer (ISO27001)

About our role: Do you have extensive experience of owning InfoSec and Data Privacy elements within Contracts? Are you from an ISO27001 InfoSec and IT background? With both skillsets, we have an exciting role for you .............

Your focus: As Information Security & Governance Officer you will have the knowledge and experience to provide Information Security, GDPR and IT related support to the various sales & bids teams across QA to allow them to respond to customer queries, bids and negotiate customer and supplier contracts. You will be responsible for compiling and owning the InfoSec and GDPR content within contract responses as well as agreeing the terms with the customer or supplier. With the peaks and troughs of responses required, you will also assist within various ISO27001:2013 certification tasks and obligations, for example, assisting with internal audits, supplier responses and assessing the InfoSec risk within third party supplier contracts.

Bring your experience:

- Extensive first-hand experience of owning InfoSec and GDPR elements of commercial contracts and negotiations.

- In depth and practical knowledge of ISO27001 certification and how controls are implemented.

- Experience and strong knowledge of GDPR and Data Protection law.

- Ability to quickly understand business processes and the supporting IT systems.

- Excellent communication skills at all levels of engagement

Salary range: £45-55k + Company Benefits
