Data Developer /SQL Developer - Technology - London - Permanent - up to £70,000 + benefits

You will be reporting to a senior data architect who will be able to give you hints and tips to develop your already diverse skill set.

My client puts the real emphasis on developing and training staff, this is very much the culture. Don't think that this means you will come at a junior level, on contrary your ideas toward this greenfield project can be voiced and they will be heard. My client is growing and undergoing a major tech revamp with a huge migration into modern cloud services, with this comes the opportunity to try new things and develop innovative ideas - its an exciting time to join and get stuck in.

Day to day…

* Work as part of an Agile team

* Maintain onsite RDBMS systems

* Create robust ETL services to transport vast amounts of data

* Maintain and build Continuous Integration pipelines

Required Experience…

* Highly competent in data programming skills, such as SQL

* Strong interpersonal and stakeholder skills

* Excellent problem solving skills

* Agile Development (Scrum/Kanban)

* A real interest and passion for software development and high quality code

* Ability to learn new tools and technologies

Tech Stack…

* Cloud data services; Azure, Data lake, Stream Analytics, Data Factory

* NoSQL

* C#.Net

* Git, VSTS

* Continuous integration/deployment

* Tableau Server, PowerBI
