Finance Business Analyst - London - 3 month contract

Our client is a Real Estate business that needs to document suitable business processes to run their business in preparation for the introduction of a new ERP solution.

Functional Experience:

Key process areas in scope & order of priority are:

Lease to cash & Lease Accounting & revenue recognition

Capital Projects and Fixed Assets

Order to cash - cost + for services

Record to Report - period end

Forecasting & Budgeting

Purchase to pay - expected to be generic

Plant Maintenance - Job Costing

Skills required:

Running process design workshops

Collecting process requirements

Documenting processes using swimlanes using Visio or similar software

Assessing client requirements and challenging where necessary

Assessing significance of process changes

Challenging software providers on how requirements may be met
