We are seeking a high-caliber Project Manager to join a leading, well-known, specialist company in Potters Bar, Hertfordshire. The role has arisen in line with a 3-5 IT transformation plan that the company is embarking on, and will focus on delivering a range of internal infrastructure (and some software) projects of varying sizes.

The Infrastructure Project Manager will manage these projects end-to-end, including conducting initial analysis, overseeing the budget (budgets could vary from £1k to £3M), and building excellent relationships with stakeholders and teams alike; working in a cohesive manor.

Projects in the pipeline include infrastructure upgrades (networks, switches and firewalls), datacenter upgrades, as well as some application / software roll-outs, therefore a background in IT delivery is key.

***This is a 2 year fixed-term role initially, with potential scope for further extension***

Skills and experience required for the Infrastructure Project Manager:

* Track record of delivering full lifecycle, end-to-end IT projects (mainly infrastructure with some software)

* Management of varying small-large scale projects, i.e. £1k - £3M in budget, lasting more than 12 months

* Outstanding relationship building skills; this is a very team focused environment

* A 2.1 or above IT degree

* PRINCE2 certification and experience, coupled with exposure to Agile

* Risk management experience

* A pro-active and flexible approach to delivery

Salary: £33,000 - £43,200 (depending on experience) + 30 days holiday (+ bank hol) + benefits
