Database Manager (Fundraising CRM skills)

A brand-new role has arisen for a Database Manager with strong knowledge on a fundraising CRM to join a well-known charity based in South London. This charity has just moved to a new CRM so you will have the chance to learn Dynamics CRM & SQL assuming you have great fundraising CRM skills. This role will need a strong leader and someone who can run strategical projects, manage a team, work with senior stakeholder and help develop the CRM further (Dynamics CRM).

This is a brilliant role for someone looking to take the next step in their career to manage a larger team & want to learn Dynamics CRM. You will help push Dynamics CRM through this charity working with senior stakeholders, helping to develop strategical plans, manage a team and more.

Skills required for the Database Manager (Fundraising CRM skills) are:

- Strong Fundraising CRM skills (Raisers Edge, ThankQ, Care CRM, Dynamics CRM or Salesforce)

- Proven line management skills

- Want to learn Dynamics CRM & SQL

- Ability to build strategies to help improve database systems

- Great communicator
