Excellent role on offer for an experienced Engineer looking to receive excellent training and work for a highly prestigious, market leading company in an extremely varied role.

Do you have an Electrical, Mechanical or Multi Skilled Engineering background? Do you have Supervisory experience or looking for a Supervisors role?

This well-established company now boast a turnover of over £2bn and support a large number of jobs nationwide. Due to the winning of several new contracts and in line with continued growth plans; this market leader in the heavy industry is looking for an Experienced Maintenance Team Leader to join its high tech plant. The company is looking for an experienced Electrical, Mechanical or Multi Skilled Engineer in the Facility and on site.

You will be working in a highly skilled engineering team to manage Maintenance and Project Functions in order to provide engineering and operation service. You will remain in a 'Hands on' position along with Supervising a team of highly skilled Electrical and Mechanical Engineers. In this role you will be given full training to allow you to become Multi Skilled should this be required.

This position would ideally suit a candidate who has strong Electrical or Mechanical skills working in an Industrial/Heavy Engineering environment. It would be advantageous if you have previously worked in an Environment where you have managed or supervised other members of staff. Should you be Mechanically biased, Electrical training and upskilling will be available. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to work for a highly prestigious, leading company.

The role:

* Working in a highly skilled engineering team

* Manage Maintenance and Project Functions in order to provide engineering and operation service.

* You will be working (39 hour week) 8:30 - 5pm Monday - Friday

* £43'000- £44'000 + 25 days Holiday (Rising) + Training + Pension + Excellent Benefits

The person required:

* Knowledge of Electrical or Mechanical Plant and equipment

* Experience of maintenance of plant and equipment desired

* Ideally have experience managing internal or external staff/projects

* Need to live a commutable distance to Southampton
