Civil Engineer (Highways / Drainage)

£40,000 - £48,000 + Training + Pension + Company Benefits

Derby - commutable from Burton-On-Trent, Long Eaton, Alfreton, Ashbourne

Are you a Civil Engineer from a highways or drainage background looking for a highly technical and autonomous role working on multiple million pound projects for a market leading company?

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a client facing position managing a variety of projects across a range of civil engineering disciplines and to progress to leadership positions for a well-established industry leader.

You will undergo the latest Civil Engineering training within their practice to help you progress as a go to leader in the industry.

This organisation carry out projects worth up to £15 million and are currently undergoing a growth curve.

This role would suit a Civil Engineer ideally from a highways and drainage background

The Role:

*Providing technical input and ensuring quality of work output on projects requiring detailed design

*Obtaining section agreements for highways and drainage works

*Project management with support of senior engineers

The Person:

*You will be a Civil Engineer ideally from a highways or drainage background

*You will ideally have experience with software packages including Micro drainage, PDS or Civils 3d

*You will ideally have knowledge of one of the following drainage engineering sections: 104, 106, 38, 278
