A reputable company, based in the heart of Newcastle, are seeking a Data Analysis Manager to join their team as they undertake a significant period of IT Transformation with Data at it's Core.

You'll be a key member of the Data Team that is being assembled with the aim of gaining actionable insights from the data the company holds, as well as guiding Data policy for the organisation in the long term. You'll be managing a team of Data Analysts from both a functional and technical perspective, providing guidance on best practice, technical development and on business requirements.

Key skills/Experience includes:

- Experience in requirements gathering from a range of business stakeholders and translating into technical solutions

- Experience in Data Analysis in SQL Server and visualisation in one of the following: Power BI/Qlikview/Qliksense/Tableau

- ITIL Certification

- Service Delivery and setting agreed SLA's in relation to Data Delivery

- Experience in a retail environment is desirable

This is a Permanent role, offering a competitive starting salary up to around £60,000 plus excellent benefits.
