Sales Manager - ERP Software £100k OTE

I am actively working exclusively with my Client, an ERP Solution Partner based near Birmingham, to locate a talented sales manager who has experience either directly selling Manufacturing, Warehousing or Distribution Software Solutions or any competing Mid-Market ERP. This role will be mostly focussed on the Management of an Inside & Field based sales team with a fair amount of time in the office alongside some home-working flexibility when out on the field.

The successful candidate will take control of the entire sales process from resourcing to post-sale implementation - supported by excellent Pre-Sales and Marketing teams. They will have experience in managing existing accounts and providing accurate reports to Directors while continuing to develop new business pipeline. They will be target driven, with a track record in ERP Sales that demonstrates success, and excited to begin a new chapter with an award-winning organisation.

The package, for the right candidate, includes a base salary of up to £50k, with a realistic commission structure which brings first year OTE up to £100k. To succeed, the successful candidate will have experience of dealing with various stakeholders within the process of concluding large ERP deals. They will also have an eye for identifying opportunity within the market and will have a continuous thirst to keep building momentum.

Required Skills:

* Background of Mid-Market ERP Sales .

* Track record of ERP Sales in the UK market.

* Knowledge of the market sector and the competitive landscape.

* UK-wide travel is necessary. Flexible work/office hours negotiable.

* Full & Clean UK Driving license.
