We are working with a major financial institution on their search for a nearly or newly qualified life insurance actuary to move into their brand new London office. The successful applicant will gain exposure to a range of life insurance firms, and gain a unique perspective on firms actuarial processes and governance procedures. This is an opportunity for an ambitious actuary to gain invaluable technical experience as well as communication and stakeholder facing skills. You will develop into an expert on unit-linked and with profits business, with an ability to eventually provide supervisory advice and knowledge. Please note, this client is a much coveted employer by actuaries across the industry and due to excellent internal progression opportunity, it is rare for external hiring at the experienced level to arise.

Ideally, you will be nearly or newly qualified FIA from a life insurer or consulting with prior experience in either with-profits and unit-linked products. Written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role, as is an enthusiastic and ambitious mindset. Competitive salary and benefits on offer!
