Senior Java Developer - Up to £85000 - UK Public Sector - Canary Wharf

Having recently partnered with the UK Government, this major service vendor are focussing on upgrading the current web-services, pushing the UK further ahead of the European Government systems in preparation for Big Data Analytics.

The key focus here is service improvement across key Public Sector areas. This includes faster transitions from the current NHS Spine and EMIS system, ensuring that patients will have less waiting time for results processing or even record/file movement. This also includes tax office information being processed at a much faster speed with fewer errors ensuring a much faster processes for business and, in-turn, the staff working for them.

Requirements

-Experience with Java 8/9, Spring boot, Hibernate

- Stakeholder management experience and the ability act as an ambassador for the company.

- A keen interest in Big Data Analytics, DevOps, Machine Learning and Securitisation for future projects.

- The willingness to travel for both client sites, conferences and even leadership courses.
