Senior Digital ASIC Design Engineer - Barcelona

Our client is developing energy-efficient ICs for a huge range fast-growing markets, from broadband modems, to mobile handsets, digital cameras and automotive products. To join their expanding Barcelona design centre they are looking for a Senior Digital ASIC Design Engineer to take a lead role in the design and verification of digital and mixed-signal ICs, taking designs through synthesis, timing closure, and formal verification.
The right candidate will have several years' experience within digital design and verification either for ASIC or FPGA, with expertise in Verilog and SystemVerilog, along with programming / scripting experience in C, C++, Perl / Python etc. Any experience in the below would be especially interesting:
- DSP and filter design
- Audio / video applications
- Power management
- Low speed serial interfaces
