Agile Team Lead / Development Manager (CI/CD Cloud SaaS). Innovative software house that is disrupting the business telephony markets with its complex, cloud based solution is seeking an Agile Team Lead / Development Manager to head up a cross functional team of around ten software developers and QA Engineers within a hybrid Scrum / Kanban environment.

Your role will focus on strategic project planning, stakeholder management, software release with CI/CD, people management and recruitment. You'll manage the team, providing coaching, mentoring and career development through 1-2-1s; manage project / team resources and ensure the team is meeting best practice.

This Agile Team Lead / Development Manager role presents an excellent opportunity to progress your career in a successful and growing company. Requirements:

*Strong team leadership experience including coaching, mentoring and personal development reviews

*Strong knowledge of Agile development practices with full lifecycle experience

*Good knowledge of modern development practices such as CI/CD, SaaS, Cloud based technology

*Project management abilities

*Excellent communication skills; able to pragmatically manage stakeholders and inspire / motivate the team
