Campaigns & Marketing Automation Manager

We are currently working with one of the most innovative and growing digital technology businesses specialising in healthcare. They strive to be ahead of the industry and create a bespoke experience empowering health care professionals to access medical information on their preferred device at any time.

You will be significant in this digital transformation programme and you will have the opportunity to work with industry leading tool-sets and provide thought leadership in digital marketing.

You'll be adept at the implementation of marketing automation to create campaigns to nurture new members and creation of highly personalised, useful content that helps convert prospects to members and turn new members into advocates.

What you need:

* Overseeing the communications to their healthcare professional audience through all their outreach channels including email, social media, PPC, client affiliates, partnerships with healthcare organisations and websites;

* Managing all Client Project Communications from brief to delivery

* Supporting the marketing team in the planning, delivering and measuring of their targeted digital campaigns

* Implementing advanced marketing automation functionality (including but not limited to: dynamic content, forms, drip campaigns etc.)

* Driving email marketing best practice within the team, keep up to date on industry developments and marketing automation new functionality

* Mapping and understanding the prospect journey and the stages in the marketing funnel

* Delivering appropriate content (created by the marketing teams) using appropriate channels, at each stage of the customer journey

* Working with the Digital Data Analyst, monitor effectiveness of their digital campaigns, using data and insight gleaned to inform future strategy

* Managing the development of in-house marketing capabilities and staff

* Maintaining effective internal communication and collaboration to ensure all relevant company functions are informed and proactive in supporting marketing efforts

* Planning, managing and reporting related to marketing budget

* Working with third party agencies in the creation and dissemination of marketing content

* Liaising with key stakeholders from Account Management/Commercial Teams and Content Teams on an operational level.

What You Need to Know:

* Ideally you will possess a Marketing degree and/or Marketing qualification

* Experience of marketing automation software (such as Episerver/Sitecore/Hubspot/Pure360)

* 5-7 experience in a mid-level marketing role

What You Need to Demonstrate:

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written

* Logical approach to problem solving

* Accountable for deciding and applying the most appropriate strategy to deliver objectives, & concise communication around approach

* Proactive attitude that embraces change - a desire and ability to develop and progress
