Our commission structure is uncapped from the day you join and is one of the best in the industry. You can expect to earn considerably more than the UK average Salary in your first year and from there you can realistically double your first year's earnings and more.

Duties include but are not limited to:

* Telephone interviewing

* Advertising

* Sales and business calls

* Account management

* Client & candidate relationship management

* Project management

* Conducting candidate assessments

* Administration

* Quarterly review pay rises and promotion reviews
