Service Delivery Manager

Location: London

Duration: 3 months initial

Day Rate: £400 - £450

Service Delivery Manager - We are actively seeking a Service Delivery Manager to join a Global Financial Company based in London for an initial 3 months. As the Service Delivery Manager you will take ownership on processes and customer relationship management to help define IT services.

The Service Delivery Manager must be an expert in ITIL and show examples where they have implemented and adapted these processes. The Service Delivery Manager will produce weekly and monthly reports on service performance but also change how performance is measured. The Service Delivery Manager will need solid experience of Incident, Problem, Service Desk and Change Management. This is an excellent opportunity for the Service Delivery Manager to join a global organisation and make a difference.

Key Skills for the Service Delivery Manager:

* ITIL and SDM Certified is essential.

* Able to show where you have implemented and adapted ITIL processes.

* Strong Customer Relationship Management.

* Proven experience of Incident, Problem, Service Desk and Change Management.

* Stakeholder engagement/management.

* Organised, methodical and process-driven.

* Excellent communication skills are vital.
