Senior Project Manager

A highly successful regional contractor, has a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join their high calibre team to deliver major projects from conception to completion.

The contractor focusses on delivering on multidisciplinary projects within the region, consisting of:

* Hotels

* Residential apartments

* Hospitals

* Student Accommodation

Given the investment within the city, my client has been the focal point of delivering some of the most prestigious and noticeable developments

Project Values range from £10m - £100m+

3 More within the same value bracket in the pipeline

Given extensive investment, expansion and their pipeline, they are now looking to acquire yet another high calibre Senior Project Manager, to deliver multiple sections of their up and coming Major Projects.

Manager Requirements

* The successful Senior Project Manager will have strong High Rise / Construction background

* Experience in being a number 1 on £25m+ Projects

* Degree or equivalent qualification in an engineering or construction based subject

* Minimum of SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid in date

* Residing within a commutable distance to Manchester

Package:

* Circa £70,000 + Package

* Other benefits (to be discussed)
