Were currently looking for a talented, full-time and focused digital project manager with at least two years experience, and a passion for web development and delivery.

Role

The project manager role will have responsibility for managing the strategic and technical delivery of work across some of our largest and most valuable accounts. Working closely with our technical director and client service team, you will plan and deliver multiple work streams across a technical and business critical online platform. You will deliver project plans, budgets and review the feasibility of proposals. You will work collaboratively with our other teams across strategy, design, editorial and technology to deliver exceptional work.

At least two years commercial experience working within an agency managing digital projects

Main project duties:

Managing Drupal and WordPress projects

Managing SCRUM or agile methodologies using tools such as Trello, WFM, TeamGantt

Ensure accurate planning, resource requirements, scheduling, risk management and budget control are in place

Management of Support channels

Provide project estimates to client contracts (via WFM)

Planning multiple project schedules and prioritising as required

Progress chasing and change request management during project delivery phase

Thorough testing and UAT of digital projects, including completion of all documentation required for projects (pre and post development) to allow the Support team to pick up post-live enquiries

Main project duties (under guidance of Group Account Director):

Taking client project briefs

Acting as brand guardian to monitor guidelines/activity

Helicopter view of client channels/business

KEY SKILLS:

The successful candidate for this role is likely to have a about 2 yrs experience working for an agency in a digital capacity. They will be very familiar with managing projects, and it would be very helpful (although not essential) if they had experience with using Drupal/Word press.

Commercial experience, previous agency experience, digital knowledge.
