Dynamics CRM/D365 Development Manager - Midrand, SA

My client is a major player in the health and wellness industry looking for a development manager for a major Dynamics 365 implementation in the Midrand area. The project manager will be responsible for managing the software development team while working with external resources and stakeholders to ensure delivery on the project.

Responsibilities:

The manager will be responsible for leading and managing the team of software developers ensuring the solutions are designed to me business requirements reliably and within budget.

This person will be involved in setting direction of the project while ensuring software engineers adhere to the software development lifecycle.

The manager will interact with senior management, Microsoft partners and other development partners and be required to maintain relationships with all parties.

Requirements:

* Technical and Functional knowledge of Dynamics CRM

* Understanding of integration capabilities available in the product

* Understanding of the Sales, Marketing, Call Center, and Service capabilities

* Experience managing enterprise level development of Dynamics CRM, C#, HTML and JavaScript

* Expertise in translating business requirements to technical requirements

* Understanding of business application development process

* Experience mentoring teams both as groups and 1 on 1 capacities

* Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

* 4+ years experience leading software development teams
