Role
We are looking for an experienced Mobile Application Developer (Objective-C, iOS, Android, Java) to review and optimise a mobile consumer application bringing it up to date with the latest development standards and ensuring their customers get the best experience on the latest smartphones.
Technology
Strong experience of iOS and Android App Development using Objective-C & Java
Familiarity with app integration to bespoke and public services and user authentication and security
Experience with Xcode, IntelliJ and associated build tools
Experience deploying mobile applications to the App Store/Play Store
Good knowledge of server-side development, RESTful API design and standards
Knowledge of development and deployment tools; Git, JenkinsExperience
Strong industry experience in creating, maintaining and deploying native mobile applications for iOS and ideally Android.
Keen awareness of the latest changes in mobile operating systems and development to reach the widest possible customer base.
Experience delivering native applications that interact with existing back end systems
Great communication and collaboration skills - able to explain and take ownership of high quality deliverables
Be passionate about building solutions adhering to the highest technical standards and focused on delivering value to our customers
Have an interest in the emerging technical landscape, keeping up to date with changes in industry and technology and appreciate the bearing these may have on our products
