Managing Quantity Surveyor

A construction management company based in Birmingham is seeking a Managing Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

The company have a very steady workload with a top tier retailer with lots of stability.

My client will consider Managing Quantity Surveyors with any build/construction experience, however they work on various projects across retail and commercial.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Managing Quantity Surveyor that is looking for guaranteed work based within the UK.

The Managing Quantity Surveyor will join a friendly team in a company that offers great training and an excellent benefits package, that includes a 30% bonus + £6k car allowance + all fuel paid for + company credit card for expenses.

Managing Quantity Surveyor Requirements

-10 years build/construction experience minimum

-3 years managing projects minimum

-Happy to work in the office and on site

-Worked on build projects above £10m

Managing Quantity Surveyor Remuneration

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum

Location: Birmingham

Other Benefits: £6k Car Allowance, up to 30% bonus, private healthcare, pension
