Administrative Coordinator

Nailsea

£10 - £15 p/h

3 month initial contract with scope of extension

Purpose and Responsibilities:

* This is a fantastic opportunity to join our QA team of 6 individuals working in a Manufacturing site of over 300 people. An ideal role for someone looking to join an expanding Global Projects and Engineering organisation.

* Previous experience not necessary.

* Liaise and communicate with team, internal & external Customers.

* Produce documentation in line with the progressive book build process.

* Review Vendor technical documentation in line with Engineering and Quality requirements.

* Liaise with Production, team, and Project Teams to establish the Customers and standard BHGE documentation Quality requirements.

* Compile Databook packages in line with QMS (quality management requirements)

* Identify opportunities to improve and streamline processes.

* Maintain Operational rhythm by attending daily production meetings, providing support and updated communication of status, concerns, and performance to the MRB team.

Accountabilities and Requirements:

* Good oral and written communication skills.

* Excellent attention to detail.

* Proficient computer skills and familiarity with basic software.

* Confident Microsoft office applications including MS Word, MS Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Writer.

* Experience in a Manufacturing or Quality environment desired, but not essential.

* Knowledge of subsea Equipment is desirable but not essential

* Ability to work under pressure with conflicting priorities.

* Ability to interface with different functions within the business.

* Champions Standardisation and Process Improvements.

* Change agent.

* Proactive self-starter, and able to work as part of a team

* Time management skills.

Competencies:

* Good English written and verbal communication skills.

* Competent PC Skills.

* Confident with applications including MS Word, MS Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Writer
