* We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Digital Insight Manager

In this role, you will be accountable for activity that supports achievement of the Global Digital Commercialisation objectives, this role is responsible for driving initiatives and programmes of initiatives across RBWM that have a material positive impact on digital performance indicators (Digital Sales, Engagement and NPS; with a positive impact on the number of digital transactions, digital leads and digital revenue).

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

* A passion for identifying digital best of class activities across the bank and the market and the ability to bring others on board.

* Be from an E-commerce/Digital Marketing/ Digital Acquisition/ Digital Management Consulting/ Digital Proposition Development (CVM) background where the use of data and customer insights to develop constantly evolving consumer propositions/communications is the norm.

* Have excellent analytical skills with proven ability to understand complex data, identify key trends and opportunities, putting forward hypotheses to be tested and delivering recommendations.

* Have a strong Commercial focus, ability to balance risks vs. rewards and maximize the cost effectiveness and profitability for the business.

* Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain complex or technical issues.

* Have a proven track record of making things happen and a high EI to influence key stakeholder

* Be a self-starter with a growth mind set.
