Our client is one of the worlds leading consultancy firms having been in business over 40 years and are currently building a new digital product team in Berlin. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of and have the backing of a globally recognised brand whilst having the benefits of a start-up environment and being one of the first people to join an expanding team.

The successful Senior Product Designer will apply a user centered design approach to influence and build digital product experiences for leading global household brand names across a range of industries.

Your responsibilities will involve designing mock-ups and high fidelity prototypes, create engaging visual designs that account for user needs and business objectives, working closely with key stakeholders, software engineers and product managers, leading research activities, facilitate workshops and develop robust strategy.

Key requirements:

A proven track record with an up to date portfolio showcasing your experience

At least 5 years of experience in a digital product remit

A thorough understanding of design thinking, agile and lean startup

Comfortable with user research and running workshops

Fluency in working with advanced design tools such as Sketch, Adobe and prototyping tools, Flinto, Principle, Invision

Degree educated n interaction design, industrial design, visual design or equivalent

Results focused with a willingness to be flexible to meet the needs of the practice

Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Fluent in English essential, German highly desirable.
