Quantity Surveyor

A Main Contractor, who is very well financially managed, is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team in Stoke-on-Trent.

The company work on a variety of new build projects but will consider candidates from any build background at an AQS/QS level.

The role offers exceptionally quick career development as they are looking to train someone up to Project Quantity Surveyor level.

My client tends to work mainly on project values of up to £30m in various sectors including high-end residential builds.

The Quantity Surveyor will join a friendly team with a family feel and lots of mentoring and help throughout the working day.

As the successful Quantity Surveyor, you will have at least 3 years' experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor.

Quantity Surveyor Requirements

-3 years experience minimum

-New-build experience preferred

-Good attitude, happy to get hands on with work

-UK Driving license

Quantity Surveyor Remuneration

Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum

Location: Office based in Birmingham, site based in Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire

Benefits: Car allowance, Generous holidays, Exceptional Pension, Healthcare, Guaranteed Bonus of up to 15% which is paid out yearly
