IT Project Manager / Business Analyst

Full Time: 35 Hours - Permanent

Salary £40,00 - £50,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Hybrid Project Manager / Business Analyst to join an award-winning ethical retailer (a natural and organic health & beauty brand). A global pioneer with over 300 outlets in 22 countries, and growing year on year.

The successful candidate will have a proven record in project management, ideally in an IT environment and technical business / data / systems analysis experience. Working in a programme team to implement and rollout an ERP system across the organisation. This is a great opportunity for the right person.

The position is based from purpose built modern offices set within acres of beautiful natural surroundings.

What you will do:

*Working closely with IT, technical consultants and business analysts to manage all data, interface and reporting requirements.

*Identifying, planning, prioritising and delivering requirements across the Finance, Operations and Retail projects within the Programme.

*Managing the recording and resolution of risks, issues and change requests

*Developing project documentation as required

*Running project meetings and technical workshops

*Technical business analysis

*Interface specifications and testing

Person Specification:

*Able to demonstrate experience as a project manager, ideally in an IT environment

*Technical business / data / systems analysis experience

*Educated to degree level and an ISEB Business Analysis Qualification

*Prince2 Practitioner (or equivalent)

*Experience of MS Dynamics 365 with SQL back end and MS Project experience

*Proactive and creative problem solving

*Excellent communicator with an open and flexible approach

*Ability to manage more than one project at a time, working to tight deadlines

*Negotiation skills for resolving stakeholder conflicts
