The Job

Supporting the Group Property Real Estate function, the purpose of this role is to ensure key property information is accurately recorded including asset data, special mapping and electronic record management. From this information, accurate and timely analytical reports are prepared to inform strategic and tactical decision making as well as workload management of key Group Property functions.

This interesting role will also provide support to ensure the smooth relationship management with the growing tenant population across our Estate, effectively communicating with our tenant contacts to provide information and support to attract, protect and grow their business.

Key Accountabilities

You will act as the key System Administrator for Group Property Management Systems whilst managing the Tenant Portal website and the relationship with tenants, service providers and contractors on site.

It will also be your responsibility to support the development and implementation of replacement software systems that will increase administrative efficiency's, improve accuracy and user customisable interfaces.

Supporting the Real Estate team, you are expected to produce accurate and timely service charge budgets and reconciliations in accordance with the RICS Service Charge Code and maintain knowledge of relevant legislation affecting the occupation of property which includes Health & Safety and RICS codes of practice.

You will provide graphical and tabular data presentation material required to support business cases, strategic and operational property reports, collate and report on Property Market conditions, availability and evidence and attend Stakeholder meetings in support of Group Property projects.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Excellent data analysis and data modelling skills are essential for this role as well as proficient use of Microsoft and database applications.

You must have strong attention to detail in ensuring accurate and relevant electronic and hard copy property information is retained in an accessible and reliable manner.

Confident presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal and the ability to work off your own initiative.

Experience & Qualifications

Qualifications within the Real Estate/ Estate Management discipline would be advantageous

We are looking for someone who has demonstrable experience of Property Management systems including data input, management, analysis and reporting and an awareness of Property, Health & Safety, environmental & security requirements
