ERP development manager

The mains objectives will be to ensure Development expertise, means and support in order to assist ERP activity and cover financial and operational service's needs.

The Development Manager will have the following missions:

- Provide ERP Development leadership and expertise to project resources and to client so as to meet project objectives and deadlines,

- Review project Development deliverables for completeness, quality, and compliance with established project standards. Give validation within contractual timeframe,

- Identify gaps and omissions in the end-to-end solution,

- Develop application architecture as new requirements arise, with strong coordination with projects teams (functional, BPO, maintenance, performance, security, operate & improve, etc),

- Maintain current knowledge of all relevant ERP technology and seek opportunities to deploy technologies that benefit the client,

- Review ongoing and proposed projects to identify opportunities for reuse and process improvement,

- Be sure about methods, procedures, and standards to use during design, development and unit testing phases of the lifecycle for ERP development and all integration programs,

- Document and communicate the status of progress against plans, taking corrective action as necessary,

- Identify, clarify, and resolve system issues link to development default in liaise with the Technical Manager and escalate risks if needed.
