A innovative Digital Health company are expanding their technical/scrum teams and are also looking for Scrum Masters!

Initially you'll facilitate all scrum ceremonies for 2 scrum teams, which will grow as they scale. Collaborating with key stakeholders and technical teams to continuously improve Agile/Scrum maturity through analysis of inputs/outputs. Acting as the "go to" person for all things Scrum and coaching where necessary.

We're looking for Scrum Masters with at least two years experience, great knowledge of Agile, strong communicator with stakeholder management and the aspirations to continuously improve.

Desirables include; a Scrum master certification, a university degree or some Digital health/pharma experience and some experience with Software/QA then these would be nice to have.
