We have a new and exciting opportunity for a 3rd Line Support Analyst to join our dynamic and friendly team based in Hemel Hempstead during an exciting time of our organisation's development. As the successful 3rd Line Support Analyst you will be responsible for acting as first point of contact for a vast range of incidents and service requests.

The 3rd Line Support Engineer will be responsible for providing support to the internal users, whilst supporting and deploying new installations. As the 3rd Line Support Analyst you should be able to work well under your own initiative and have a proactive attitude to work.

As the successful 3rd Line Support Analyst you will be key in answering phone calls in a professional and polite manner whilst building relationships with our team members.

Key skills needed for the 3rd Line Support Analyst:

* Proven background within 2nd / 3rd line support

* Hardware and software experience / knowledge

* Technical build and problem solving skills

* A passion for technology, with a keenness to learn new skills and progress your career

* Excellent communicational skills
