Business / Data Analyst - 3 Month FTC moving to permanent
A new and exciting role has come about working for a global and leading software company as a Business / Data Analyst based in Luton. The Business / Data Analyst will be responsible for expanding the business intelligence capabilities relative to the worldwide business.
The focus of the Business / Data Analyst will consist of improving sales data insights with the use of MS Excel, benefiting a broad section of business leaders across various departments and geographies, up to and including the executive team.
As the Business / Data Analyst, you will own the consolidation of the monthly global sales forecast and support forecast review calls with relevant data and analysis, you will own the quarterly sales compensation cycle, and design, build and implement business intelligence infrastructure to support decision making across all lines of the business.
Key Skills required for the Business / Data Analyst (MS Excel):
* Expert knowledge and experience working with MS Excel - including Pivot tables and vLookups
* Experience working within a sales operation's environment (SaaS environment desirable)
* Knowledge and experience of Salesforce
* Sales Comp Process experience is desirable, but not essential
* Ability to voice ideas to both the finance team, and the sales team in a way that appeals to both
* Excellent communication skills with outstanding attention to detail

Salary: £42,000 - £46,000 + 10% bonus + benefits
