Up to £100000 per annum

Company client is looking for an Identity & Access Leader (IAM) to be based in London for their global, tier-one client. The role pays up to £100,000 basic salary plus annual bonus & pension schemes, fixed & flexible benefits plus extras.

Our clients Identity and Access Management team implements centralised IAM controls frameworks that consistently enforce identity and access policy across HR processes and IT infrastructure. To meet the robust needs of both our clients IAM and wider cyber security practice, a Senior Leader is required to bring deep experience in:-

* Identity Management Leadership; i.e. a proven record of hands-on design and implementation using Sailpoint, CyberArk, ForgeRock and similar products.

* Common IAM technologies such as SAML, OAuth and OpenID.

* Security architecture and information security best practice (ISO27001 and ISF Standards).

* Preferably holding one of the following qualifications: CISSP, CCNA, CCNP (although not essential) and

* Certification and familiarisation by leading vendors, in turn, bringing a strong track record within consulting or professional services, gained with a technology vendor, systems integrator or consultancy services provider.

* Managing people and building productive relationships with clients.

* International matrix management and travel.
