Tech Support Engineer - Leading FinTech
Tech Support Engineer - we are searching for junior and experienced Tech Support Engineer's to join a top FinTech company in London. The successful Tech Support Engineer will enjoy working across the entire product catalogue, including trade analytic platforms, to execution management systems used by some of the world's largest hedge funds and investment banks.
As a Tech Support Engineer you will be the primary point of contact for clients using the trading systems. The Tech Support Engineer will support the platform suite of software, whilst liaising with clients to fully understand their needs and provide support in time-sensitive situations.
The Tech Support Engineer responsibilities include:
Client Focus
* Understanding queries for root cause analysis
* Break down complex technical issues
* Manage client expectations and understand their needs vs requests
Technical Support
* Provide solutions to complex problems that arise
* Working with other members of the team to improve the support process, and monitoring tools
* Understanding the different systems and their underlying code
With experience in one of C++, Java and Python, the Tech Support Engineer will be joining a passionate, talented team working in a relaxed, informal environment. The role includes shift work, with start times ranging from 7am - 9am.
