Due to continuous growth and success, my Dublin based client is expanding their team and looking for an experienced Software Development Manager. This is a brand new role for the business which will work closely with the Head of Development in supporting further growth and product strategy.

Leading a technical team, whilst promoting and executing the vision of the organisation will be key responsibilities in this position. You will be good with people and strategy.

You will overlook the development activities of a team of 7-8 engineers.

In order to be considered for this role, the following experience is required:

Solid background in software development environment - 10 years across hands-on and leadership roles

At least 3-5 years experience will be in a leadership capacity

Project Delivery experience - ability to manage multiple complex projects

Proven experience in a software product environment

Ideally you will have worked in a Java technical environment
