I am recruiting an experienced Business Delivery Manager to work for a FTSE 250, global support services organisation. This role functions within their Education Division, which is the largest integrated service for education improvement and support services in the UK.

The Delivery Manager is responsible for the development and delivery of new products and services. This will include building relationships with Managers and building business cases in line with cost and resource requirements. The Delivery Manager will also support bids and integrate blended online learning for young children in the community.

Main purpose of role:

* Work collaboratively with all leads to develop innovative products and services.

* Evaluates and progresses bids up to £50k.

* Building motivated virtual teams, making sure there is an iterative plan to develop new products.

* Ensure virtual team collaborates, communicates and focuses on what is most important to deliver new products and services, removing barriers.

* Work with Sales and Marketing to develop new products and innovative methods of delivery.

* Ensures that in year contract variations are delivered.

Ideal requirements:

* Degree level or relevant industry experience.

* Project management skills.

* Strong IT capability, particularly Excel skills.

* Knowledge of project delivery and key milestones.

* Knowledge of educational settings.

* Drive, energy and enthusiasm for products and services that support educational settings.
