Vmware Consultant/Engineer/6 month contract/Milton Keynes/£500 day rate

Spring Technology are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our leading ICT Services Clients who are seeking a VMWARE Consultant/Engineer to join the team

Location: Milton Keynes

Rate: £500 per day

Contract: 6 months

The essential technical background is required:

*VMware Certified VCP

*Experience of Technology below in an enterprise environment.

*MS Windows 2008/2012/2016

*Patching of Windows, ESX, Citrix and NetApp Environments

*SCCM experience

*Active Directory GP OU and configuration and permissions of user and workstation, Servers.

*Experience of Storage Platforms

The right individual must have:

*Experience in working alongside many aspects of the ITIL3 environment, such as release to production, problem and change management.

*The ability to take a complex problem and drive through to the end goal.

*Strong analytically ability where trouble shooting scripted on-boarding processes.

*Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to deliver.

*The ability to create and support Operational Process documentation.

*The ability to create and manage Operational Acceptance Criteria.

*Good problem solving and analytical skills.

*Good interpersonal and communication skills and an excellent team player.

*Well organised and able to work under pressure to achieve to tight deadlines.

The right candidate must have the following qualifications to be considered for this role

*VMWare Certified Engineer

*MS Windows MCSE

*SCCM experience

Due to the nature of the work you will be required to go through SC Clearance if you do not hold this already
