We are currently looking for a Lead C# Software Developer to join a well-established company based in Swindon. You will lead the team using Agile / SCRUM methodologies.

In this role you will be involved with the analysis or business needs, designing new software, getting hands on with the development team writing code, debugging, unit testing, protein best practices and most of all driving innovation forward.

This company is truly a household name within their market in the UK and have a very strong and ever growing client base. The development team within this business are making a real different in the profitability of the company, efficiency of day to day operations and ultimately helping them provide a much better service to their vast network of customers. You will interact with all teams within the IT department plus you will engage with senior management and non IT staff daily.

The working environment is not corporate but fast paced and busy.

Key skills

C#

MVC

Entity Framework 6+ (code first approach)

SQL Server design implementation and optimization

HTML/CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript/jQuery OR Angular

Web API

Experience leading teams in an Agile fashion or at least experience with working within an Agile environment.
