Are you looking for a role as a Manufacturing Engineer but lack the industrial experience? Are you a mechanical engineering graduate or have experience in a LEAN manufacturing environment and wanting to technically develop as a Manufacturing engineer?

On offer is a role as a Graduate Process Improvement Engineer with an industry leading manufacturing company. You will have a focus on your technical development, while working to making this company more efficient and undertaking widespread cost saving initiative sthroughout the business.

This role will be highly varied and will involve working across all areas if the business including: Workshop & Assembly (including hydraulics), Electroplating, Machine shop.

This role would suit a Graduate Mechanical Engineer with a years' experience / a mechanical engineer from a manufacturing background with an understanding of LEAN principles looking for a role with excellent training, fantastic career prospects to managerial and senior roles with an industry leading and expanding company.
