We have an amazing career opportunity for a Senior Commercial Manager to join one of the most ambitious, dynamic and rapidly growing development companies in the UK. We are looking for someone to take a commercial lead on a nationally recognised project in the heart of central London.

The role and company:

The position is within a development company who focus on high-value commercial office developments (new builds, refurbs and fit outs). The successful Senior Commercial Manager will be joining an ambitious team who are looking to double their head count in the next 12 months to cope with the high volume of work they have going live on site.

The Senior Commercial Manager will be joining and established commercial team but he/she will be heading up the team. The focus will be on their largest project to date which is worth over £1bn!

Desired experience for the Senior Commercial Manager:

* Minimum 5 years experience as a Commercial Manager or you will already gave experience operating as the lead/Senior Commercial Manager

* It is essential you have Commercial office experience over £100m

* Developer or Main Contractor background

* Prior experience managing a team of surveyors on site is essential

* It is imperative you can operate in a client facing role and present well
