C# / SQL Developer / C# / SQL / London / Perm / 35-55k

Spring Technology are currently recruiting for an experienced C# / SQL developer, to join one of our clients' team in the City of London. Our client is an independent, professional, governing body within the Health-Care sector. They support over 25,000 of their members in the UK and internationally by improving skills and knowledge, facilitating research and developing policy and guidance. The is a great opportunity to work with a close knit team that have a diverse technology landscape that will enable you to gain experience across the full stack.

You will be responsible for:

*Contributing to requirements analysis and design activity including conducting workshops

*Developing MSSQL database tables, stored procedures, user defined functions, views, SQL agent jobs and SSIS packages to design specifications

*Developing user interfaces and components in VB.Net/C# to design specifications

*Developing features for their website in C# / Sitecore CMS

*Developing unit and integration tests for SQL and .NET objects

*Investigating issues raised by application users and resolving or escalating as necessary

*Responsible for providing event creator service - creating FDS events on demand, analysing requirements for new events, building event templates and assisting users with changes to events

*Assisting with investigation and resolution of data and SQL coding problems

*Responsible for analysis of migration data sources and applications, identifying new requirements, issues and business rules

*Responsible for mapping source data structures to target database

*Responsible for managing issues around mapping, data quality in coordination with stakeholders

*Responsible for creation of migration scripts and tools

Skills and Experience:

Essential:

*Degree or equivalent experience in a technical discipline

*5 years MSSQL development including stored procedures

*5 years Net development with VB / C#

*T-SQL including stored procedures, user defined functions, views

*VB.Net, C#.Net

*MSSQL 2012

Desirable:

*Working in Agile development team

*Experience of developing and supporting Sitecore CMS

*Experience of implementing NOSQL in a SQL environment

*SSAS

*SSRS

*JQuery / Angular

*HTML/CSS

*IoC

*Entity Framework

*MVC
