Business Analyst 3-5 years experience. Location Dublin 2. Must have HR / HRM or Payroll knowledge with a good understanding of software development. Business Analyst working on a HRM and Payroll Solution which is hosted in the Cloud. Responsible for developing their international HRM and Payroll Solutions used all over Europe, to increase productivity and reduce manual processes for their customers. The Business Analyst is part of the service delivery team and is also responsible for describing the market needs, specify solution requirements and communicate them to stakeholders and the team. The team owns the development and also the operations of the service. Your goal together with the Service owner and the team is to deliver a great experience to our users. You will work closely together with other BA's in HRM & Payroll.

Your Business Analyst background

-Bachelor degree or similar

-3 ­-5 years experience as a business analyst role (please note this is a mid level experienced role)

-Experience with HRM or Payroll essential

-Strong analytical skills

-Ability to create solutions to complex (global) requirements

-Excellent, written and verbal English skills

-Understanding of software development essential

-Strong collaborative skills
