Senior Project Manager | Central London | Technology firm

One of the world's top 5 technology firms is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their client side team to oversee and manage the construction of high end CAT A and CAT B office fit outs for their offices across the UK and Europe. This is a fantastic opportunity to for an experienced CSA biased Senior Project Manager to work client side for one of the largest clients in the world.

The successful Senior Project Manager will be based out of my clients head office in Central London and will oversee all aspects of the schemes in the UK and abroad. To be considered for this position, the applying Senior Project Manager will need to be of a construction bias and will need to have extensive experience working on CAT A and CAT B Commercial fit outs.

Duties and responsibilities for this Senior Project Manager position:

* Manage General Contractor and other directly contracted vendors by working though onsite Construction Management team

* Schedule monitoring, tracking and analysis

* Ensure QA/QC is being followed and report any issues/gaps

* Ensure tracking of all key project documents, including submittals, RFI's, change orders, invoices and payments, etc is being enforced

* Coordination and management of all Owner-direct vendors working with supply chain and consultants

* Initiate close out process prior to project completion, with Document Control team, setting timelines and responsibilities

* Assist client in scheduling, coordination and management of all Owner-direct vendors, consultants.

* Negotiate, resolve and close out any outstanding change orders, quality issues or disputes

Requirements for this Senior Project Manager position:

* CSA bias is essential.

* A degree in a relevant field is favourable.

* Experience working on high end CAT A / CAT B office fit outs is essential.

* A proven track record of working at a senior level within construction management.

* Good writing and speaking skills are needed.

* Good at planning for large-scale, multi-step fit-out projects.

* Excellent client-facing and communication skills.

Remuneration for this Senior Project Manager position:

* £70,000 - £80,000 per annum (depending on experience)

* Annual bonus.

* Travel allowance.

* Great pension scheme.
