This Data Engineer vacancy is based in Edinburgh with my client who develops wearable devices for patient monitoring. This Data Engineer vacancy will give you the opportunity to work with a revolutionary healthcare tech company within their engineering team.

What can the successful Data Engineer expect? Primary responsibilities will be in building scalable data pipelines and be involved in every stage of the product life cycle.

Eligible Data Engineers will have a relevant degree such as Computer Science or similar disciplines ,and experience in most of the following;

1. Knowledge of one or more programming language (Java, Python)

2. Good understanding of cloud computing (AWS)

3. Familiarity with Big Data technologies.

4. Experience with API design/development
